The adventure begins ~ depart Invercargill at 11:45 AM, NZ time.

Friday, September 17
Universal Studios.

Saturday, September 18
Knott's Berry Farm, Medieval Times.

Sunday, September 19
Swim, Relax. Downtown Disney and the Rainforest Cafe.

Monday, September 20
Disneyland.

Tuesday, September 21
California Adventure.

Wednesday, September 22
Depart Los Angeles for Seattle at 4:45 PM; arrive 7:22 PM

Thursday, September 23
Tour the Chittenden Locks and fish ladder, UW Seismology lab and canoeing.

Friday, September 24
Welcome Assembly at Meeker Middle School. Museum of Flight and Museum of Glass.

Saturday & Sunday, September 25-26
Free time for the Ambassadors with their respective host families, with a welcome dinner Sunday.

Monday, September 27
Pioneer Farms and NW Trek.

Tuesday, September 28
School day at Meeker Middle School - presentations and attend classes with host students. Adult afternoon out.

Wednesday, September 29
Sounder Train to Seattle, Columbia Tower, Pike Street Market, Seattle Aquarium, GameWorks. Stay overnight in Seattle.

Thursday, September 30
Experience Music Project, Space Needle, Ride the Duck, Seattle Monorail.

Friday, October 1
Crescent Heights Elementary assembly. Safeco Field tour, Pioneer Square Underground Tour, Dinner at Red Robin and Seattle Mariners baseball game with host families.

Saturday & Sunday, October 2-3
Free time for the ambassadors with their respective host families.

Monday, October 4
Tacoma Trek! Adult dinner while ambassadors and host students play laser tag and eat pizza.

Tuesday, October 5
Alki Beach and biking; WhirlyBall.

Wednesday, October 6
Browns Point Elementary assembly. Maris Farms and Edgeworks.

Thursday, October 7
Day trip to Victoria, Canada via boat on the Victoria Clipper.

Friday, October 8
Point Defiance Zoo and an early start to the weekend.

Saturday & Sunday, October 9-10
Free time for the Ambassadors with their respective host families.

Monday, October 11
Northeast Tacoma Elementary assembly. Harvest party in the afternoon, followed by the farewell dinner.

Tuesday, October 12
Tour the serpentarium and meet the Reptile Man. Lunch at the Crab Pot and shopping in Bellevue.

Wednesday, October 13
The New Zealand Ambassadors depart...

Thursday, October 14
...lose a day in the air...

Friday, October 15
...and return home to Invercargill.
